I, the undersigned parent/guardian, acknowledge and agree that upon signing and returning this form, I confirm my child’s continued enrollment at Wills Primary School for the 2026–2027 academic year. I further acknowledge that submission of this form constitutes a binding confirmation of my child’s place for the academic year commencing September 2026.

I understand and agree that any decision made after submission of this form to withdraw or transfer my son, daughter, or ward shall not relieve me of the obligation to pay the full tuition and any applicable fees for the September–December 2026 academic term, whether or not my child/ward attends for the entirety of that term.

I further acknowledge that, pursuant to Section 4: Student Transfer of the Wills Primary School 2026 Updated Policies, Regulations and Code of Conduct, a full term’s written notice is required to transfer or withdraw a student from Wills Primary School. Where the required notice is not given, one full term’s tuition shall be charged in lieu of notice, and I agree to be responsible for payment of such fees.

In the event that any fees remain unpaid when due, Wills Primary School reserves the right to pursue all available recovery options, including but not limited to referring the matter to a debt collection agency and/or commencing legal proceedings to recover the outstanding sums. I agree to be responsible for all costs incurred in recovering such sums, including legal fees, collection costs, administrative charges, court fees, and any related expenses.

I further acknowledge and agree that my obligation to pay school fees is joint and several, and shall remain binding notwithstanding any private arrangement whereby another person is responsible for payment.

I also acknowledge that the Board of Management reserves the right to request the withdrawal of a student whose conduct is not in keeping with the policies, regulations, and code of conduct established by the management of Wills Primary School.

I further confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the attached Policies, Regulations, and Code of Conduct of Wills Primary School, as set out in the Wills Primary School Policies, Regulations and Code of Conduct, as may be updated or amended from time to time. I acknowledge that these policies form an integral part of my child’s enrollment and continued attendance at the school.

By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set out above.
